Cards Created with Digi-Stamps
I have just discovered digi-stamping in the past 24 hours and already I'm addicted. I've created 4 cards using digi-stamps in that time. Here they are:
This one was created using a freebie digi-stamp from Lindsay at The Frugal Crafter. Thanks Lindsay! It turned out so cute! I have no idea who to give it to, but I love it anyways!
This one was created using a coloring page that I found through Google images. I just shrunk it to fit a card.

The next was created using a digi-stamp from Dustin Pike. I love it! I think this fish is hilarious! The caption says: "Hang in there".
Finally, this one was created for my mom's 48th bday. She's not a fancy person like this flamboyant bird, which is why it is so appealing to me. I found this one through google images as well. I think it is just clipart.

The Carnival has Come to Town!
This ferris wheel was created using Inkscape by looking at a photo of one that someone else had created online. I couldn't get it to convert to an svg, so I had to create one from scratch. This one took a while to get it right, but I think it looks pretty fabulous.
If you would like a copy of this file, please follow the instructions for checkout at the top right hand side of my blog. This file is $2.00.
More Have Joined the Cartoon Zoo!
I have been working hard to make these very easy to cut and put together. I love the way they turned out. I can't pick a favorite. The bunny is hilarious. To me, he looks un poco loco. haha.

If you would like the svg files for these. I am selling them for $1.00 each. Just email me at: tamara_bennett7@hotmail.com. I will send you a request for payment via Paypal. Once the payment has been processed, I will email you the files immediately!
If you like these files, check on my older posts for a couple more that are freebies! There is a cow and a link for an elephant that was created by Denise.
Lava Springs Country Club Logo
Ok, so I know this is really random, but I thought I would share with you a logo of the Lava Springs Country Club from the movie High School Musical 2. I made it for a friend of mine who works at our local theatre: Playhouse in the Park. They are going to put on the play for HSM2 and they needed the logo for the scene. So I created it with inkscape using a photo of the logo that I found using google. So here it is. I don't know if anyone else out there could use this, but I thought it turned out really cool.
The photo you see if of the pieces that will be put on a piece of poster board. Each piece is 12" square. I have divided them into two svg files so that you can do a top and bottom instead of having to glue each emblem on the squares.

A Stay-at-home Mom has to earn her keep!
As I find that I am spending a lot of time creating these svgs, my husband noted that I'm spending an awful lot of time making things and not getting paid. And since I'm trying to convince him that I don't need to get another teaching job this fall and I can handle being a stay-at-home mom and still help out financially, I guess I better start charging something. I'm still going to offer free svgs every now and then, b/c I love getting stuff for free and I love giving it as well. So I hope that you'll continue to check back every once in a while to see what is up for grabs!
Sketch # 13
Well a friend of mine referred me to a scrapbooking site called 52 Sketches, 52 Weeks. At first I was a little hesitant that I could keep up with making one layout a week, but after doing my first one, I'll have to admit, it wasn't that hard. It was actually easier than just sitting down to do one on my own. I guess this is because they actually give you a layout that is supposed to inspire your own. And it did! Here it is:
These buttons were a great find! Guess where I got them? A thrift store! I was so proud of my bargain. I got a whole zip lock bag full for only $1.00! The sea horses are from the Cricut Doodlecharms cart. I just love the googly eyes!
