Lil' Notebooks & Lil' Monsters Freebie!

Here are some little notebooks that I made yesterday. I used a digi from Dustin Pike for the hand holding the pencil. I just used decoupage to adhere the paper to the notebooks. I got them 4/$1.97 at wal-mart!

Time for some more not so scary monsters! I've got two of them for you today! Enjoy!

Panda Bear SVG Freebie

How cute is this little fella?! I'm not a big fan of panda bears, but he just looks so adorable. Reminds me of Kung Fu Panda or maybe that show my kid watches, Ni Hao Kai-Lan. haha. Anyways, hope you enjoy him.

Also if any of you have a request, feel free to make it known! I will eventually begin running out of ideas. haha.

Stawberry Card + Freebie

I just love this card! I cased one that I saw on another blog last night. I saw it at Scrappin' Navy Wife's blog. She owns just about every Cricut Cart known to man and man is she talented! I got so many great ideas from her! So here is the card that I made. I don't usually use faux stitching or craft cardstock that often, but I think I might start after seeing some of her creations. I just adore the overall look it gives a card! Simple and cute!
I'll be giving one of these cards to a sweet lady at church who made me a blanket for my soon to be born baby boy in September. The other will probably go on Etsy or in my craft booth.

Strawberry card + Freebie!

This week I decided to make a birthday card from my MIL. So I used Lindsay's new set with the strawberries and watermelons. I love strawberries! And you know, it isn't often that I get to combine red and green other than christmas. Because let's face it, it's hard to make anything with those two colors without them looking christmas-y. But I think I pulled it off thanks to the berries. I used the sketch this week at Tuesday Morning Sketches.
To color the digi, I used some new markers I got on clearance at walmart. They are Martha Stewart craft markers. I love the colors, but I'm not too good at the blending yet. hmmm...

The strawberry stamp comes from Lindsay's new set below.

Don't forget to stop by Lindsay's blog to snag a freebie and check out the work by the DT!

Now for your Thursday freebie!

Owl Fabric, a Pillowcase dress & a freebie!

Hello again, today I wanted to share with you a pillowcase style dress that I made for a little girl at church. She's 3 years old. I saw this owl fabric at Hobby Lobby and just knew I had to make something out of it! So I got a yard and this is what I made!

And I loved these little owls so much that I decided to turn one of them into an svg! So enjoy!

Flower Hair Clips!

Hello everyone! Thought I'd share with you what I've been up to this afternoon. I was browsing through the blogs that I follow and came across Karlee's tutorial video for how to make silk flowers into hair clips. As you know, I have no little girls to put these on, but I just had to make some since I had materials already on hand. So here they are! Check out Karlee's video here.

Digital Invitations! & A freebie!

Hey folks! It's Thursday again, so time for a little Lindsay Stamp Stuff project! I have found a new hobby! Digital Inviations! I love making these. You can design them in Paint.net (a free program found online) and then save them as jpegs and order them as prints from wal-mart.com! Quick and easy!
It suddenly occured to me that digital stamps would be a great resource for making these! So here are a couple that I have made this week using stamps from LSS! BTW, the digi papers and such that I used for these cards came from Shabby Princess.com

First we have a cupcake birthday invite using Lindsay's Sweet Stuff digi set.

Then there is the baby shower invite using Lindsay's On the Line digi set.

I originally started designing these for a friend who owns a local gift shop. She has had many people come in her store to ask for these types of things and she asked me to draw up some examples for her to display. Can't wait to make more!

Don't forget to stop by Lindsay's blog to grab a freebie!
Also here is your Thursday Freebie (even though we've had freebies everyday for the past week or so, hehe).

Curious George goes to the beach

I was in a scrappin' mood today, so I decided to use Rowena's sketch from Creative Genealogy Scrapbooking. I bought this George paper and die cuts a while back and I have been looking for an opportunity to use them. I need to use them up before my son outgrows Curious George. haha. I also entered this for the "Ribbons & Bows" challenge at WhoopsiDaisy.

If you'd like to download the title, click below the picture.

Friendship Card + Apple & Worm SVG Freebie

Guess what folks? Lindsay has a new set out!! It's called "On the Line". I just love it. It has endless possibilities. There are 19 stamps total for just $6.00!

When I saw this cute little set of bra and panties, I knew exactly what I wanted to do, I just had to get the sentiment worded just right. I printed the panties and bra on patterned paper and painstakingly cut them out with and exacto knife and scissors. But the results were worth it! I used this week's sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches.

Also, big news! Lindsay is having a big School's Out Sale! 40% off! So be sure to stop by her shop!
Don't forget to stop by Lindsay's blog to check out the rest of the DT's work and snag a graduation freebie!

A Giraffe Card + Freebie

Here's the latest card! I have to say, I'm pretty proud of this one. I have never done anything remotely like this. I got inspired by the free svg card file found on Wanda's blog here. I thought wouldn't those circles look cute with buttons in them? Then the card just developed itself from there.

BTW, thanks to all of you (esp. Karen!) who have been leaving comments on my svg files! It really has kept me motivated. I love to hear what you think of my creations!

Birthday Card for my Brother

Just thought I'd share with you the card I made my brother for his birthday. Doesn't look very boy-ish huh? haha. It doesn't matter, just read the sentiment. I used this image once before in this post.
I used this week's sketch from Friday Sketchers.

Owl SVG Freebie

I haven't had a chance to test this one out yet, but I look forward to it, I think it'll be really cute. I did it per request, so I hope you enjoy it! Karen-- did I read your mind? hehe.

Skunk SVG Freebie

This little guy is too cute. For some reason his nose looks white, but it is really pink. I used googly eyes over the original eyes that the cricut cut.
