Pocket Sized Post-It Note Holders!

I was feelin' crafty again today and I've had this project on my mind ever since I saw the video tutorial on Dawn's blog. It is so easy! All you need is a paper cutter and scissors and glue!

I am planning to put these in my craft booth for $3.50 each. I got a 6 pack of post-its on sale at wal-mart for $4.00 and the mini gel pens are 6 for $1.00 at target.

Crafty things I've been making....

Wow, where do I begin? I guess you can tell my crafting mojo is back in full swing. Funny how it comes and goes. If you read my post yesterday, you know I've been spring cleaning and I cleaned my craft room as well. So maybe it is just the clean craft table that is just screaming my name. Just begging me to get over there and make something! It is easier to be inspired when you've got room to work!

So first of all, I designed and made this Twilight (New Moon) t-shirt. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the story, Jacob and Bella conspire together to fix up to old motorcycles for fun. So that is where the idea for this shirt came from. What I love most about it is that I can wear it out in public and most people would have no clue that it had anything to do with Twilight!

Here's your Thursday Freebie! Sorry it's late. Black Swan Motorcycle Shirt

Here is another Twilight inspired shirt. SPOILER ALERT--- This is due to the fact that Bella calls her baby "her little nudger" while she's preggers. So I made a shirt to wear during my pregnancy. For those of you who've been asking, I still don't know what it is yet. I'll find out April 30th!!

This is a post-it note holder that I made to go in my craft booth. I just love this little boxer girl who's fighting breast cancer! She's so cute!

Here is the flip side to the one above.
And finally, here is a baby gift for a friend of mine. She's having a girl and naming her Alexis.

A Doodleflower Post It Holder

Well I just wasn't in the card making mood today, so I decided to make a post-it note holder! I made this one larger than the usual size. It is 5x7. I used two of Lindsay's doodleflower digital stamps. I think out of all the digi stamps that Lindsay has made, these are my favorite! They are so versatile.

Post-It Note Holders Using Digi Stamps!

This week I decided to branch out and try something new. If you haven't read any of my previous posts, you may not know that I'm opening up a craft booth at the local "Trends & Treasures" flea market. It is an indoor store that is open 7 days a week. I've never done anything like this before, but I've always wanted to! So I saw these adorable post-it note holders on Dawn's blog and decided to make some of my own to sell! She has a video tutorial for how to make them if you'd like to try it. It is so easy!

I used 4"x6" acrylic frames that I bought at wal-mart for just $1.00 each! Then printed out Lindsay's doodleflower and ladybug stamps from the Doodle Flower collection. I used the png images so that I could easily layer them with the circle frames that they are in.

Althought it may appear that I have made four of these, it is really just two frames. I just made them reversible. That way if someone gets tired of looking at the same pattern, all they have to do is pull it out and flip it over!
